I am a licensed clinical social worker, and I want to help you express, integrate, and navigate your experiences. I believe we are incredibly resilient, even when we feel anything but. I offer a warm and safe environment in which we both can share in a dialogue that encourages you to speak as your most authentic self and to begin moving forward in your life.

I work with individuals (12 years old and up), couples, families and groups. My specialties include depression, self-esteem, bulimia/binge eating, codependency, relationships, gay/gender issues, chronic illness, loss/grief, compassion fatigue, and psycho-spiritual work.

I have two practice locations, one in South Tampa and another in New Port Richey, with evening and weekend hours. I accept private pay clients on a sliding scale that typically ranges from $70-100 for a 50 minute session. I also take the following insurances: Pasco County School Board Employee Assistance Program (including employee family members), Aetna, Medicare, BayCare Life Management, ChampVA, ComPsych, Concordia, Vocational Rehabilitation, as well as others.
